Hey all. I'm new to this site but I can say there is some good info in here. I've got an issue with a 71 Skylark. The rear brakes lights and turn signals won't work. The front turn signals work fine. The rear running lights work fine. The back up lights work fine.
Everything was working then the brakes needed to be blead and now the the lights don't work. I can't say that the day the brakes were done if the lights were working or not....didn't check. Just know they're not working now.
I read a few threads that talked about the brake pedal switch and the turn signal switch. Both seem to be fine. I get 12 volts at the brake pedal switch connector and the front turn signals are working...so what does that mean?
I've read some other threads that talk about some harmonic connector..don't know what that is.
Hey any help out there would be great. Electrical issue can really irritate a person
    Thanks

I knew a guy who had same problem w/ '65 GTO....turned out that master cylinder was bad and brake fluid ran inside firewall onto fuse box.

Corrosion is always a problem. Make sure all your sockets are in good shape.
My harness had been damaged by heat & poorly repaired. Since replaced it ,which is an easy job.
Check the tail harness , in the trunk , where it plugs into the bumper harness.
Dk. green for RH side, Yellow for LH.
Make sure these connections are good.
Hold the brake pedal down & you should see 12V to ground here.

Sounds like you may have accidentally bumped something loose. If it is corrosion on the contacts, I've had luck spraying them with WD-40, and putting the bulbs in and out a few times.
    Check your fuses too.
