I figured it out! The "back" door is the front door of some other GM. That's why it has that strange shape! You can even see where they made a cover to hide where the mirror was. Too cheap to build a scratch door makes this a rolling POS!
It looks to me like they grafted a 4dr front end and it's doors onto a 2dr coupe body. VERY weird looking, I wouldn't want to be seen exiting THAT limo!
Miles are probably so low because the poor wretch (wretch limo lol) probably saw its reflection one day and has been hiding itself ever since!
All they had to do to use that "front" door was reconfigure the window opening to be square and get some glass made. Then it would only be ugly, not fugly.
