Wondering if it has a rat motor
defiantly not a sbc. Could Be.
Might need a jump start
Check the oil level or tailpipe for obstructions?
Maybe the fuel needs to be D-con taminated
Look closer. Those BKT tires measure 66" tall and 43" wide. That is one colossal rat!
