rally steering wheel plastic rod that goes thru hub.

I need the little piece that goes through the hub and twists to lock in place. I think it's white and may have a wire or something. Not sure. I have the rim , hub , contact and horn pad , so the only piece miising is that one . Thanks for any help.

 

Hi Kevin, what you need is the horn contact kit from GM. P/N 474102, its like 2.00 from gmpartsdirect.com.

It includes the small plastic piece you mentioned, the spring, and the contact.

Assuming your 72 with rally wheel here.

 

i got the "kit"from a board member for under $10 shipped.dont remember who though....might try asking in "parts wanted".now if i only knew what to do with it :laugh: another project on the list!!!! :beer
