Did all Stage 1's have the Rally-Pac option? When taking the front end apart, I noticed till have the front lower control arm bumpers (part number 384220). The front sway bar is 1" diameter, the rear sway bar is 7/8" diameter. The manual show that the bumpers are to be removed. What gives? Len
Parts book states the bumpers not used for white or red-line tires/F70-14/Wide Oval, HD or Rally suspension.
Len I know the assmebly manual shows to remove the upper arm bumper if the rally suspension is installed, but I have yet to see a car that actually had that setup...they all had the bumpers still there... later Tim
Tim; Thanks, I am going to clean them up and put them back on. On your website I notice your nice assortment of clips. Where did you get them? Len
Len, On my Stage 1, I got my fuel line clips from Dave Kleiner and the rest of the clips came from Ground Up Restorations. Rally Pacs were optional on Stage 1 cars. The only suspension the Stage 1 came as standard was the heavy duty suspension(heavy duty springs and shocks). The rear stabilizer bar came with the optional Rallye Ride Control package.
