Hi , Question. What is the rad cap max pressure in pounds
for a 425 in a 66 riv.?

15 psi was the stocker, you can go higher but run the risk of ballooning your radiator if it gets too hot. Or you can go lower if you want, it'll boil over at a lower temp.
