I was ask if a Quickfuel 1050 cfm, E-85 carb can be turned into a gas carb,.. its a 4150 base... I wasn't sure, I think so with after market fuel plate's and smaller jet's., & power valve's and smaller shooter's,.. maybe using plate's from a 850 holley...?? Looking for answer's here, what do you guy's think... thanks jerrold...
It would need to be pretty cheap to.offset the cost imo, the boosters are different as well as the metering blocks, sounds like headaches to.me, be easier to.just make the needed changes to the rest of the fuel system and run it off corn
Hugger, thanks for the advise,.. I didn;t know the booster's were also larger,.. so not a good idea to change E-85 carb over to gas.. thanks,..
