Recently bought a 8.5"(10 bolt) BOP Rear axle...trying to determine which TA Girdle to purchase: the T/A 1807,1807A or the T/A 1808.Spoke with Tim @ T/A...he explained the center to center of the bolt @12:00, to 6:00 (9-3/16" spacing. BOP vs. 9-3/8" spacing.Chevy) Someone help. I will measure the bolt spacing... Mr.Jay B.Britt,Jr.

The 1807 is the one you want. It also fits the the GN rear. The 1807A will fit as well as it is the same cover, just low profile. The 1808 is for the earlier 8.2 10 bolt. I have the 1807 cover on my 1971 GS350 8.5 10 bolt rear. The TA application notes are confusing. Make sure you have an 8.5 10 bolt rear.
