Last week I bought a 1961 LeSabre 2 door bubble top from Tom Miller. It has the the stock 364 engine with a rear sump oil pan. I'm going to put a 425 in the car. My question is, will the 364 oil pan and the sump tube bolt up to the 425 block without problems?
    Thanks Don.

The oil pan YES. The pick-up you need a rear sump pick-up. The 364 will NOT work on the 425. You will need a pick-up from a '65-'66 Skylark Gran Sport. Re-production ones are made. I think I have one left in stock. I will have to check. $165.00 plus shipping.

Congrats on the car - it looked like a great project, great colors and I love the body style. Please keep us posted, and put up some better pics when it starts coming together!

    Thanks Rhett,

I'll keep everyone posted. It's going to be a while befour I get started on the on the resto. I'm going to build a house this spring and after that I'll get started on the car. In the meen time I'm going to be locating and buying the parts I need to build the car. I'm not missing any parts "car is complete" but I vision the car with a 425 dual quad TH400 setup. I'll put the 364-DinaSlow on the rack in the shop.
