Stock 750CFM 4160 Holley carb, but it has no pump shot nozzle. What size should I get? I'm not dragging or racing it. If I snap throttle it, it hiccups. If I WOT, it will stall. I also need a new diaphragm for the accelerator pump and a check ball passage but...if someone knows what size it should be I can order them all at once. Thanks!

Dang,,,, Rick, I dont see how you got the engine to run at all..... Get you a diagram of the carb and contact your local holley dealer and order the parts you need.... call holleys tech division if you need more info....
The nozzles come in different sizes,,,,but you need more parts....

Yea I tried calling today but was a little bit too late. It drives...but like I said, I can't snap throttle or WOT.

The diaphragm itself is good...but the holes for the screws are torn. Not sure what the check passage ball does but I definitely don't have one.

The check passage ball keep the fuel from pushing back up into the fuel bowl when you pump it. If it's not there you will get a terrible stumble. The car will also be very hard to start. I would ask the Holley tech line what size squirter came with the carburetor and that should be good for a stock engine. I have a 50cc pump and a #32 in my 750 but I don't remember what it originally came with. I think it was a #25.

If the holes are stripped you will probably have to replace the fuel bowl. If you don't get the pump tight you'll have a leak. Not a good thing to have fuel dripping onto a hot intake manifold.
