You guys are NOT NICE !!! I have a 14 second time slip to prove it. But Paul is right, there was plenty of 16 second times in there when it had the original 2.45 gear........... I didn't even shift into third at the big end, it was still in second........ahhhhh, the good ole daze ............
Hey Paul I remember back in 1990 when I first started racing my 1970 GTO Ram Air IV. Absolutely getting my doors blown off by this fast as hell 1967 GTO at the NMCA event. It was a rude awakening for me, but a good one. That's when I really started paying attention to the car, and trying out different supertuning tricks. So to go from a base line of 14.80 @ 98.00mph, to a 13.50 @ 103.00mph, with just old school supertuning was a lesson well learned. So Paul, thanks for handing me my a----- at NMCA event. :3gears:
