    tubecatgs Finally a 4 speed......

Is this any good? (the Proform Timing Cover 69510). Motor is a 72 455 I am rebuildijg expecting a mild 325 to 350 hp daily driver.
I know I should order the TA as its worth the money but Covid has impaired my budget a bit (I did buy the TA one for my 350 already)... and do like supporting them and will be buying other engine parts from them for the build...
    Thanks

Brad, I have a proform timing cover on my current 72 455 (it's going to be going on my new build aswell) and it works as it should, no issues or leaks at all. Just make sure you get the booster plate, shim/gasket kit to dial in clearances and adjustable pressure regulator from TA to go with it.

I've used them on two separate builds with no issues. One on a 647 hp build, the other on a 525 hp build.

Do a search here on V8. Then make your decision.

I have them on 3 motors. Booster plate and set-up clearances.
