Anyone use one yet? They should be the same and a holley HP except they have the billet fuel block and baseplate. Much cheaper then a holley brand HP but exactly the same otherwise. I don't think they have jet extensions but the baseplate does have powervalve blow out preventers, I think. Adjustable air bleeds, emulsion, idle air ect....
I can't comment on the 950, but the 750 work very well for me. The proform bodies have no porosity and are very heavy. A quality piece at a good price. I don't know why I don't see more of them.
Can some body provide a web site for these of were too get them? I'll be in the market for a carb this spring. I was looking a Demon but if these are about the same for less money I may go that rout. Thanks.
My friend runs a Barry Grant carb on his race Nova and he tried the Proform body and it slowed him down 2 tenths.

I agree that they probably aren't as good as a carb that's been worked over by a good carb shop, but for the money they work pretty good. I will be running a Barry Grant methanol carb this year.
I bought a new 950hp from Biggs. It has the billet metering blocks an so on but also has some mods I believe. It was the same price as an out of the box 950hp from Holley. But, it seemed to have had the right stuff done to it as Jim Wiese used it quite a bit when my engine was being built. He said it did not have some of the bad habits that he had seen on other 950hp's. I don't remember what they were but he said it was a very nice setup. You may want to consider that route if you are shopping for a new carb. brian
I put a ProForm Base Plate on my 850 DP (charger carb). I was very impressed by the quaility of the piece. If thier carb is anything like the baseplate, it would have to be a very nice carb.
