The rods have been polished, cleaned, and resized with ARP bolts. These are what you want for a street built 455 up to about the 500-550HP range. I purchased these already machined and finished, but decided to go with aftermarket rods. First $200 gets them The quadrajet is 1971 Buick 800 cfm. The number is 7041540. It needs a full rebuild, but is a great core. $25. If you want both I will throw in the carb with the rods.
