Yes, it's a 70' without the spring. It has some rust in that area but I could not get pictures with good clarity because the sun. If this doesn't help I can try again.

THANX for the hood pix... ya I can easily see the rust....HOWEVER.. I have a picky customer who PREFERS a 70 GS hood and we dont want to see ANY RUST especially way up inside the hood lip, where the nose sheet metal meets the inside sheet metal..ALWAYS areas prone to rust... Please snap a few pix of those areas~ if you can...
I will share those pix with my customer...

    ThanX!

After a couple days of checking around, I'm going to have to drop out of line. My interest is still the same but unless I can find a creative way to get it here to San Antonio it is just too far away.

    PS I'm open to suggestions!

With Wovenweb stepping aside on the motor, I'd like to get in line for the motor and tranny. Can you post some pics and more details such as if there are any leaks, sounds, or known problems with the motor or tranny. Based on the mileage, I assume the motor and tranny were rebuilt and if so, were they rebuilt to stock specs? Thanks.

It depends on what you need but I really just want to get all of these parts out of the garage.
