I see quite a few of us own 50+ buicks but does anyone have any pre 1950 buicks? I myself have a 1950 buick special, but I am thinking of picking up this 47 just curious if anyone else has a older one and how was it finding parts ect. Share your expierences!
Hi I have a 48 Super. If you check out the Members Rides section - then go to My Ride you will see many pictures of it. Finding parts can be difficult, but not impossible. You just have to keep looking. Some repo parts are crap and you are better off with some not so cherry old stuff. Let me know if you get it. I can sure send you in the direction you need to go for alot of things. dukec
nice car! Yea the 47 i am looking at has everything but its not running so engine parts is what i am worried about and IF i do get it i plan to go as factory as possible same as i am doing with my 50.
