Lost my mother last night she was 87 this comes 6 months after the passing of my dad who was 90. They had great long lives but i guess your never ready for them to go. Thanks to all in advance Gerry

It's not uncommon for one spouse to closely follow the other. They clearly needed each other, and are once again whole. My condolences to you and your family.

Gerry, My thoughts are with you, and your family, I know what you are going through and how hard it is. I lost my mother (64) to lung cancer in February, and last week my grandma (her mom) passed away. She was 84 and my mother was her only daughter. She died 1 week shy of 6 months after my mother. Even though you know that it was wanted, it doesn't make their passing any easier. Take Care, Chris
