Keeping Fred in my thoughts and prayers

 

At least there's improvement. Hoping for the best.

 

Any more updates on Fred? Praying for a good outcome for him.

 

I called his cell phone on Thursday. It went straight to voicemail and said that it was full!

 

Jim Wycoff spoke to his nurse this evening and she said he is on a bi-pap and is resting but he is confused and stable. I will get a update again when I can

 

I just read in the latest GSCA newsletter that Fred Catlin passed away in January. I didn’t know until today … sent many Q-Jets to Freddy over the years … he was the best! The last 800 cfm (from a 71 Riv) he rebuilt for me in 2022 sits atop my 70 Stage 1 and it’s a monster! He rebuilt the 7040246 for the car too, which also came out awesome … but the motor seems to like the 800 better, so the 246 sits on the shelf for now. Thanks for everything Fred! RIP

This didn't sound good from the beginning. I didn't know Fred, but my thoughts are with his family. RIP.
