If you've been following the thread here: Quitting Smoking , you'll find some determined individuals who are striving to quit their nasty habit. I, for one, am proud that they're making this effort, and I'd like to suggest that maybe we could try to keep these fellow board members in our prayers as they struggle with this. It's not easy... I don't know this personally, but I've heard many times how hard it is to quit. Thanks, guys.

That's a great idea Glen!!:TU: :bglasses: From everyone that I've ever talked to about quitting smoking...it's a very hard thing to do!!:Smarty: When I was a kid, my great grandfather was told his wife could develop cancer from the smoke from his pipe (which he had smoked for many years). That was back in the 70's....what we know NOW about the dangers of smoking/2nd hand smoke - they didn't have readily available back then. Anyways...after hearing that - he quit COLD TURKEY!!:TU: :TU: Never lit up again!! I pray that the Lord will help each and everyone of you, that has asked or wants to quit smoking!!!:bglasses: I hope each of you gets to see first hand, the Lord working in your lives.
