I just got word that my hired help had been in a motorcycle accident without a helmet. He was riding slow along the driveway and street in front of his uncles house and the bike went down somehow and he hit his head. He was concious but they just took him to surgury to releive pressure on the brain. They are saying 6 weeks before he can come back to work. His name is Matt good kid 20 years old Thanksray:
Very sorry to hear this. Im a rider myself and always hate to hear about someone going down. Have a group of 15 riding to the Outer Banks this weekend and i was trying to decide if i should wear a skull bucket or my full face. now there is no ? Really makes you think when you hear this kind of news. Again sorry for your friend, will say a prayer for him!

Update.... He just got out of surgury and he is in ICU but everything looks good so far. I was told 6-8 weeks before he gets to come back to work. That part sucks for me but I hope he gets better soon anyway
UPDATE: Went to see him tonight and other than being swollen headed he didnt look too bad. Has a few rasberrys on his face and a halfdollar size hole in the side of his head now but he was awake and talking. Joking about it mostly..... He hopes to be released by tomorrow night.
