I have some old UCV-69 and UCV71 which are were made by PPG. They are clear coats made to be used over vinyl color. One is flat for use on dashes to cut glare. The can syas it needs to be thinned by I lost the tech sheets years ago. I think PPG discontinued this stuff years ago as nothing on the website. Maybe just lacquer thinner but I need ratio as well. Thanks for any help.
