Low engine speed the power steering just goes away. If the engine is revved up, it comes right back. This is happening on both my 88 'Burb and a 71 Firebird. Exact same thing with both. Ok when first started, happens after the fluid warms up. This is driving me crazy. Is it the pump or the box or something altogether different?
