DOES ANYONE RUN A POWERGLIDE IN THEIR RACECAR.
IF SO , COULD YOU GIVE ME SOME SPECS ON THE CAR AND THE
    TRANSMISSION.
I'M THINKING ABOUT SWITCHING AND I'M LOOKING FOR THE PROS AND CONS.
MY CAR WEIGHT IS 2850 AND RUNS MID NINES.

    THANKS RANDY

    Pros and Cons

I mainly run in a heads up 1/8 mi class. Unless you have the rpm to run the 1/4 I'd stay with the th400. You can always take away the gear on a th 400 and not loose your 60 ft. The Glide does 60ft better on a high power set up and is more consistant. It also is 40 lbs lighter and more efficient since it has less rotating weight.
