Theres three bolts into the cylinder head. The one closest to the water pump is the swivel with the other two are hidden behind the pump. The ones on the front hold the 2 piece bracket together. Put a round bar or a big screwdriver into the round hole on top to tighten as you tighten the two hidden bolts first and the pivot last. Hope this helps! Bill

Correction: I was mixed up. Theres two on the front on a slot and one on the back. Loosen all three about a 1/2 turn and get a nice round bar in the hole to adjust, hold, and tighten the bolts. I just did mine yesterday and no more squeals! The bolts into the had are for the stationary 1/2 of the bracket. So There! ws
