I cannot get my power seats to work. I temporarily put the seat back in to get the engine running; and, the seats don't work. It doesn't seem likely, but, maybe I have them plugged in wrong. There is power to the main wiring harness to the connector. I don't see a wiring diagram for the seats in the manuals. I honestly didn't spend to much time checking everything out; since, the people on this Board have the answers quicker then I can test things out. Len
Master power wire....10 or 12 gage goes from fuse box socket marked ACCSY on top left. Black wire....ground.....gets mounted to seat stud...typically left front. Did you bench test the mechanism before installation? If not, you need to do so, the solenoid mechanism that activates the drive cables......typically....has the grease dry out and this prevents proper operation.
