Can anyone tell me what will work in a 68 Skylark for power locks. I don't care if it is correct for the car. I just want it to work. Are there any after market kits?

I used something simmilar to these on my old accord, worked well and was really easy.

you'll need to figure out your own momentary switches though.

try to mount the motor to the door panel though without using the brackets and try to keep the actuator as inline and close to the bar you will screw them too.

they have a piece of wire that has a clamp that will clamp to the vertical wire from the lock unlock knob on the top of the door.

oh, i noticed i don't see the clamps in their kit. you may want to ask about them. it's a goofy little clamp that uses a setscrew on both the rod from the motor and to the existing rod in the door.
