I got my gold lines from Diamondback and they are just fine...I will probably get white next time (if there is one) as the gold is kind of retro, but I like white better on a C-2. I was talked into the golds as they seem to go with the knock-off's and C-2 people like them.

Diamondback is EASY to deal with and the tires are super--mine are a different size (215x70x15) than for GS cars and ran 936 for the 4.

    Cheers,

    Richard

Note that Diamondback uses retail tires (not always the same year to year), buffs the side wall off and replaces it with their own sidewall. Call them and ask what tire they are using for the tire you want. Coker makes the entire tire, usually from obsolete molds they buy from from retail manufactures. Both look great.

I always liked these Goodyear Wingfoot tires... don’t recall if they were decent tires or not, but did like the look.

Not Buicks, but here's some pics of different width whitewalls and brands I've had. All tires are 235/75R15:

Hankook Optimos 3/8" (good tire for not much money, not a big enough white wall for me)
Suretrac Powertouring 1 1/2" (cheap, seem good, white wall has to be cleaned all the time)
Coker BFG based 3" (stays white, balanced like crap though. And after 20k miles they're shot. Not worth the coin in my opinion)

Hankook as well. 3/8" stripe. Good tire for the money but doesn't come in 235/70 - just 75, but so far so good.
