Hello everyone I have a 65 Skylark that I have restored and upgraded the 300 motor with headers, 2/5" pipes full MDS ignition w/ distributor, 500 cfm Demon 2v carb, electric fans etc. I have a fresh rebuilt Turbine 300 trans. I know I can purchase a locker differential, but which one and w/ what gears?
Your thoughts are appreciated. :3gears: Rick LiCastri, Delray Beach Fl.

    GStage1 Always looking for parts!

Lockers are noisy. I guess you have considered the Powertrax unit too.
For the money, availability and easy installation, consider the 8.5" corporate rear from a 71-2 Cutlass/Skylark. The same center section was used on GM cars and trucks from 71-87.

George, Thank you for your input. By the way , you have a great site for us Buick guy's. My Skylark is a '65, you mentioned GM years 71-2 Cutlass/ Skylark. I presume they will fit my "65. Thank you again, Rick LiCastri , Delray Beach FL.
