  1. Max Damage

Max Damage I'm working on it!

The OG wire could not be made to fire the points eliminator, as the wire is the resistor.

I -think- that's how it was hooked up. Having unwrapped the harness, I see no signs of new wires . The original pink wire to the pos side of coil Tho Petronix had two wires coming out of module.. I talked to the original mechanics helper and he said just put old coil back on
.The pink wire hard and even cracked at its tightest point of curve.. Checked the voltage and it went down to specified range with points adjusted and closed Never moved distributor. But will put new plugs in prior to test

It's a shame they don't make a true points replacement.

Nothing wrong with the points providing cam gear+ distributor gear are new new timing chain, timing set to specs.. Quite a list of things to buy

Taking one step at a time, I put fresh plugs yesterday, today lubed up plug boots and connect battery. Lots of turning but no fire. I thought to spray non chlorine ated brake cleaner in a short burst cuz I seen my buddy start a diesel truck like that. . Ain't sure of brand tho. Got out looked into carb and pulled throttle back .now I seen steady stream of gas.. Turned key and it lit. Whereas I tried to wing it up to 3800 and it poofed and cut off . Little bit at a time. I will turn throttle up and stand by with instruments When I am able to fire it again.
