I have a used one - No idea if it works. Also a NOS 2nd generation version - I believe functionally the same but not exactly correct appearing.
I believe there are three different orientations, but all of the Skylark's should be the same. If you can blow through it with little/no resistance on the big openings and your fingers covering the small opening that doesn't have a schraeder valve, it is stuck open and would need to be rebuilt. If it works, it should block flow until 30PSI and then open.
I would like to get my AC going this summer and this is my only holdup (been working on this since 2019 though). I'm casting a wide net right now to see what is available. I'm interested if you can find it.
