i have been on this site for a couple of years now, and some bad news has come up. i was admitted into the ER (Emergency Room, Wednesday Oct. 24th. i thought i was having really bad indigestion, turned out that my left lung had fully collapsed!!! so since wed, i have been in the hospital and wont know until this coming monday if i will be here longer. hopefully if my lung can heal the small air leaks naturally, i can go home, if not then i have to go through surgery again and will be in the hospital for another 2 weeks. i miss going on this site everyday and checking out new news, peoples problems with cars, and here and there jokes. I miss you guys, i will be back on this site soon. thank you for reading, GOD Bless.

thanks joe. also i wanted to mention that when i finally woke up on friday, from being med-up since wed due to the surgery, i was so afraid to sleep firday night because i wasnt sure if i was going to wake up the next day. that would have to be the most scared ive been my whole life, not knowing if i close my eyes and never open them up again. that night, i stayed up and thought about all the family and friends i would be losing. i decided to finally give up smoking cigarettes for good, i would not listen about quitting before. im telling you, if you smoke, i really encourage you or someone you know who does to quit, because let me tell you, its not fun when so many people are worried about you in the waiting room.

Yeah, what is it with them things anyway? So DAM#^D addicting. Afriend of mine told me that marlboro put 14 different taste enhancers in their butts...from vanilla to nutmeg, plus other harmful enhancers just to make you want another cigarette. Some of the chemicals they use are worse than the nicotene and carcinogens from plain tobacco. I switched to winston which is "additive free" but I still smoke just as much. :Do No:

Your lungs are trying to tell you something Johnny.......just hang in there, if you are serious about quitting smoking they can heal real well. Consider this experience a warning that most people don't get before they develop lung cancer. My dad died from that. Good luck, I wish you a speedy recovery! :TU:
