12c = 3rd week of Dec production f = o No: st. 67 = 1967 4 = Buick 94 = Riviera 87 = 2dr hardtop coupe cuc = ??, should be city of build, 'C' would be Southgate, CA 101589 = sequential body number, will be different from your VIN tr 668-b = Black Vinyl interior, possibly bucket seats? 'B' codes as Riviera Turquiose for paint 22 = should be a paint code, doesn't cross to anything. maybe a custom paint or top color? e 2egr 4f 5 kp = unknown option codes
