what are your drivers?
are you running the amp in the 3,4,or 5 channel mode?
will you be using any "alpine" watts?

Running 5 ChanneL GXE660W now with a Infinity 10" DVC. Running Ecplicses high end speakers on all 4 corners, AL.

 

are the eclipse the "point source" models?... with the tweeter mounted at the woofers apex?

Yuk , tweeter mounted at the woofers (MID) apex. I've been happy with Eclipse drivers!!! And Alpine receivers!! AL.

The Alpine CDA-7878 has many options, the one I want to try is the DHE!! The are sound speed corrections and corrections for the car interior conditions, I have a wagon and thats a lot of cabin space :Brow: AL.
