DEADMANSCURVE my first word : truck

just got back from kentucky/college trip , went down to 'bama and picked up the motor and yep , thats what it looks like . newer than '73 , has cap screw rods and the pistons have a pretty deep dish to them . three of the pistons have different lookin' dome , figure late 70's , end of the run and probably using up what they've got . thats a guess . light green paint on the crank , pink/purple paint on the rod beams , dark green paint on the oil pan rail . looks like its never seen a gasket or been apart , and the inner and outer block surface has kind of a rough surface . all the usual casting flash etc . block numbers are : 2 5.7 , j-12 , 89 4-line , #25504744 , 5.7-1 . just wondering if that sounds correct to you all . the price was ok so its either for sale or i use it with my "mild" parts ( ta212,ta intake, basic '75 heads w/valve job etc ) should last a long time . use the ta510 cam , single plan intake (fingers crossed ) etc for a "money" motor i can switch in on occasion . still haven't found that 63 lesabre though , even took the trailer with me just in case . did find a '65 widcat 2-door, see "cars for sale" . thanks for any input . del
