Clockwise & counterclockwise upper distributor plates, their cheap idea of advance limiter flimsy brass weight stops, light, medium, & heavy springs. These fit their billet plug & play distributor. If you can use them, just throw shipping my way.
Steve, How abt the floppy brass pieces of crap? I can probably put the springs in an envelope for you.
These were spare parts Pertronix sent me to replace their rusted crap on my billet marine distributor. NOTHING was marine grade about it! Never again.... Steve, did you receive the springs? Anyone need what's left before I enjoy throwing it in the trash?
Marine and most distributors don't work well.......I have to clean the green beard mine grows 2x a year. Though the couple I've put the marine msd stuff in seems to resist all that and the insides look good a couple years in.......the biggest problem is I can't get these guys to have a spare cap and rotor in stk........you can't just go to the parts store and get that number.......maybe the other stuff will interchange.......but I wouldn't think it would be that hard to have it knowing if you need it in a pinch you won't just go to autozone or where and get it
My old Mercruiser Thunderbolt Ignition used to work well. I think three times in 33 tears, I had to replace the Ignition sensor and maybe a new dist cap every 4th or 5th year. Kept spares on board just in case. 50 times better than Pertronix. I used to fish alot, putting up to 340 hrs on in a summer. Oil changes every 70 hrs also, the recommended straight 40wt too.
Yep the charters i help and work for average 500-600a summer.....most still run 40wt.......just give it time to warm up. 80-100 hr service
