I was reading May 2004 issue of Hot Rod Magazine, and seen an article about Pat Musi joining Edlebrock to develop for Ford and Buick parts. Does anyone know what type of parts... intakes, cylinder heads, etc...?
Maybe Edelbrock should hire some Buick engine builders/racers to help design better Buick performance parts. Come to think of it.....didn't a Buick engine builder move over to Musi's shop? Can't think of his name right now.
That would be Scotty Guadagno of Pee Gee Performance. Remember reading a thread saying he has been there 3 years now.
Unfortunetly Scotty say's it will be an all Chevy affair absolutly nothing to do with Buick development.
D-----------------------A-----------------------M--------------------------N !!!!!!!!! Short changed again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like us Buick guys don't spend MONEY on our cars !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm sure glad we have TA, PAE, Tri Shield, and the other suppliers. They do a good job. Thanks to all. Mike D.
Those b wipes at Edlebrock won't even consider making a RPM dual plane for the BBB. They could just modify some molds from the mopar stuff. They said "Sorry no plans for any buick parts". I see no reason for any of us to buy sqwat from them.:af:
Well... Too many people are too busy spending there money collecting a pile of Buicks behind there house, or where ever, instead of spending money on parts for one or two. If that money was in the Buick market instead of a collection pit, who knows. More demand equals more parts.
Re: Well... I would rather have my collection of old Buicks behind the house than spend money on EDELBROCK crap. They don't specialize in anything to me. Just a starter product for performance! When people get serious, they buy serious parts. In our case, TA parts. Poston has some good ones too.
