Parting out a 70 Riviera

no posi I have one on ebay from a 66 are they the same?

 

no the carrier is different, but the '66 ring and pinion will work for 67-70 rears, if you will part with just the gears?

 

Not ready to sell off the pieces yet. I would sell off the guts as a whole but its $450

 

looks like we need to clarify: what is the gear ratio of the 66 rear on ebay as i didn't see one listed there? and what is the gear ratio of the 70 riv you are parting out? i'm looking for some 3.23's or 3.42's...

 

I don't know. It will be awhile before I can look to see . I need that boat to roll around yet.
