Painting a driveshaft- will it throw off balance?

Will it affect balance ? Absolutely

Will it affect it enough to make a difference ? Doubtful

 

I spent 400 bucks on Driveshaft Specialist 1350 driveshaft for my car and it was painted black.Hell,it even had a sticker on it I have felt nothing and have had it over 120 mph.. I say BS....

 

that sticker on no your fed. prepare for death from a ds.

 

My shaft is a Driveshaft Specialist Aluminum unit. It is awesome, and it don't need no stinkin' paint. :grin:

 

well then, the question is will it oxidize uniformly ?
