The garage I finally got (across the street from my parents house) had plastic on the floor and moisture underneath it. I was told by the previous renter that moisture came up through the floor. Now I can't have that with my 70 sleeping in there over the winter. So Wolverine hooked me up with this stuff he swears by. It's used to seal foundations and stuff like that. It's called Dryloc Masonary Waterproofer.
Dryloc Nice and clean....don't worry though I'm sure there will be oil, tranny fluid, grease, and all sorts of other crap all over it soon!
I had to check this thread out. I thought for sure you were going to "paint" the floor with black tire stripes!
I have used this stuff to paint the three rows of cender blocks that are part of my shop walls but never thought about doing the floor with it. Looks good.
