I'm trying to paint the inner wheel wells on my Wildcat. It's in the mid 60's here in Houston and the Eastwood rattle can says it is best if paint is above 70 Deg.

Does that mean the part, the paint and the ambient temp need to be above 70? ...or can I leave the can in the house overnight to reach the low 70's and paint the "cold" part outdoors where the temp is say 65?

    Thanks Rick

Ideally all of the above, but if you leave the spray can inside and then paint the part outside you should be ok. If the difference gets too great between the can, the part and/or the air you may see some crinkling.

Here in Michigan (ahem) we don't have the luxury of worrying about a 5 degree difference. It is 19 degrees right now
