    supply and demand

$177.50 is a pretty hefty price, but less than $30.00 ? $30.00 is about a half a tank of gas, a quick lube at the dealership, or less than a carton of smokes. i bought an nos housing at the nats a while back for $90.00 or $95.00 it was the only one i saw that weekend, i was glad to find it. nowdays, if you can find a part for the same or less than what GM would charge you at the dealership, you have found a bargain. parts are going up.

someone was shocked about the $500.00 rear nameplate on ebay a while back, now i dont want to put ideas into anyones head but the nos 70 rear nameplate i saw at flint was more than that. it appears to have sold that weekend, on thursday yet. what surprises me is the nos L.F. & R.R. side marker lamps bringing over $225.00 each plus shipping on ebay. there is a big demand for nos parts for our cars and very little supply. thank god for swapmeet bargains.
