I don't really see a proper place to put this, so I'll put it here.

I just wanted let folks know how pleasing it was to deal with Original Car Radios recently.

To make a long story short, my mom asked me to help find a radio for my step-dad's Nova. I e-mailed OCR through their web-site to find out how to order (PayPal, checks, M.O.). I sent the e-mail on a Sunday and didn't expect to get a reply until later that week during regular business hours.

They replied within 2 hours after I sent the e-mail.

My mom ordered their radio, but asked that it be shipped to my address (don't want to ruin Santa's gig). I received another e-mail (again, on a Sunday) providing me with a UPS tracking number. The package arrived the following Wednesday.

I didn't open my mom's package, but I beleive that the radio is as good quality as their customer service. Definately :TU: :TU:

I also stumbled across an e-Bay auction from these folks.

  2. I was tempted to buy their only 68 am/fm radio this summer, same as the one they have on ebay. I just couldn't quite pull the trigger on almost $300... They were very prompt in replying to my emails also.

I have purchased 4 radio's from OCR this past year, and their quality and service is FANTASTIC. I won't shop anywhere else.

I've been trying for abouit 3 years to get them to restore my original radio for me, but they won't do it.... seems all they will do is get their own and offer them for sale. I could never understand how they could pass up good money, but they do....
    Agreed, though, theirs look fantastic.
