In my endeavor to build a scale model of a 1972 GS Stage 1 Suncoupe. It is going to be factory stock. I am wondering about options. The color I have it is Cortez Gold, with Black bucket seats. 455 Stage 1 with a 4 Speed. I already set it up for buzz windows, consolette, The correct seat and door pattern. It is not going to have the 3/4 vinyl roof. What other options would have come with either the suncoupe and/or the GS Stage 1 options? or the options I already added. What wheels would it have came with? I want to get away from the rally wheels and go something different. Dog dishes, vette rally style.( not sure what they are called) The kit is the monogram kit that has been out for a while. The kit has the rear sway bar added. Would that be the rally suspension (F41)? What other additions is with that?
I am trying to make this model as authentic as possible. If the rear sway bar only came with X and no other way. I want to either add that or delete the sway bar.

    Thanks for all the help

    Tim

PS: both bumpers have been modified into the 71-72 style. Just need a little more finishing then off to the chromer.

Other than posi traction, Stage 1 motor, Specific ornamentation, all other options available for any GS or Skylark would have been available on your Sun Coupe. Are you talking about visible options that you could install on your model? If so, here are a few:
    Hood Tach
    Front Spoiler
    Rear Spoiler
    Short non-shift storage console
    Power Windows
    Poser Disc Brakes
    Power Steering
    N25 Thru Bumper Exhaust
    G60 x 15 Polyglas tires
    8 Track Player
    Tilt Steering wheel
    Rear Speaker
    Tinted Glass
    Left and right sport mirrors
    Power Door Locks
    Front and Rear Bumper Guards
    Custom upper Peak moldings
    Custom shoulder and seat belts

    Rear defroster
Seat belt warning buzzer in center of dash pad
Deluxe interior for black was 3 sections, from top, black vinyl over woodgrain over black carpet. Black and woodgrain for backseat door panels.
    A/C
Clock in the dash if you have a hood tach.
Here is a thread with good pictures, about a super sport wheel as an alternative to rallys.

'72 SunCoupe option came with unique striping and the gold anodized scripts on the 'C' pillars (sail panels). I am a modeler as well. You might look at the photo etch detail kit for the Skylark & GS(X) from Detail Master. It may have some highly detailed options and parts.

Not sure if its stock or not but my SunCoupe has a single radio speaker sitting on top of the package tray. No speakers under the package tray

The factory option rear speaker was under the package tray.

Thank you all for the ideas, they will help make my model unique. I would love to do a set of super sport rims just need to find them in 1/24 scale. They look a little like the Olds SSIIs

Not an "option" but did not all the Suncoupes come with special colored carpet?

I thought, in '72, there was an interior "décor" option for contrasting colored carpets in Skylarks & GSs. I recall a red/white top '72 SunCoupe with white seats and door panels, red carpet and a black dash.
