I got screwed I paid $200 for it and it had a cover on it, and when I pulled the cover off of it the guy had trimmed the wheel to make the cover fit niceou: It will need to be recovered but the spokes are nice. Asking $85 plus the ride. Just not happy and maybe somebody can use it. I can post pixs later.
yeah it looked great with the cover on it and i am so pissed with myself for not payingmore attention to it. Good enough for a recover though.
I might be interested, what did it look like with the cover on it? Do you have any pictures from before you took it off?
Tom it looked great they had a Black/Yellow vinyl cover on it. I figured only because it was smooth or had other issues. If I do not sell it I am just going to order a black leather cover and put it back on. Let me know either way.
Jarrod, I have an olds rally wheel on my 64 and i like the look. What i am not crazy about is the wheel i bought off EBAY is one of the smaller diameter fat grip 80's wheel. It just doesn't look right and the rim being just a little bit closer to the hub tends to block my view of the speedometer. what diameter is your wheel? from the pictures it looks like it is the larger diameter wheel but i thought that once before....
Yeah I have 3 of the smaller ones as well. This is the large diameter wheel for sure. Outside to outside across the spokes it's 15.5 inches.
