    1955 1955 Buick Century

    cylinders: 8 cylinders
    drive: rwd
    fuel: gas
    paint color: white
    title status: clean
    transmission: automatic
    type: coupe

1955 Buick Century 2 door hard top. Big block came out of a 1970 Buick Riviera 455. This was one of the highest horsepower output 455's that Buick made. Turbo 400 transmission. Spent 25 years indoors in a storage facility. The car runs and drives. The car does need time and love, but is running and moving.

    $11,500 OBO

I like it a lot and I love my 455 ........but I'd rather have a 401/425 nailhead in something like that.

Since it says it's been in storage for the last 25 I'd have to guess that original Nailhead became a washing machine a long time ago. ;)

I wonder what rear end it has now. Absolutely not the old torque tube still under it.
That would sure be a cool cruiser. I like it.

It Looks like it has leaf springs under the rear end now, there is a wide selection of leaf spring rear ends with a 5 on 5 bolt pattern, which would allow the use of stock rims if desired.

Spells American Graffiti all over but only better cause it's a Buick. Would leave it as is. Should be worth more. Someone is going to get a great deal.
