The slave gear. Did I read somewhere I dont know if it was here or on a AMC site. I swear I read that GM or AMC had a small hole drilled in it to proved better oiling to the shaft. From what I remember the hole was in the pit of the gear slot in the center.. Can anybody truth to this and verify a hole size. I got a new gears but no hole. I dont have a set of factory gears laying around EZ to examine.
I don't think Buick ever did that, but I have heard of that being done to improve oiling of the pin. I think 1/8".
