I'm having trouble installing the oil dip stick tube with my TA 350 headers. What kind of modifications do I have to make to the dip stick tube mounting tab to make it work with the header on that side of the engine. If any one has pictures that show what they have done it would be great if they could post them here. I'm also not sure what to do with the upper portion of the tube. How do you mount it to the header bolt? Any help would be great. Thanks.

I had Poston headers on my 350. For the upper bolt / tab I used a small piece of copper tubing as a spacer and a longer bolt to bring the dipstick tube outside of the headers. It was easy and worked fine. I don't have the car any longer or I would post picture.

    Jason,

When I installed my TA headers I took the heat riser plate off the head and fabbed a small angle bracket to bolt the dipstick to the now empty bolt hole.
