Today I was heading to a parts swap and when I almost got there, I caught sight of a '71 Electra Limited coupe zooming down the road. I wish I had my camera! It was missing it's skirts and was various shades of primer. But the kicker is, someone had grafted fins onto the rear quarters! These looked homemade-but reminded me of a '60 Cadillac. It looked ridiculous! I knew this beast was headed for the swap and sure enough, there it was in the parking lot. It had Buick rallyes on the front, with Cragar spinner caps and standard rims with hubcaps on the rear. The ventiports were removed, so there were just holes where those used to be. The driver's side interior door panel was gone, and there were blue velour seats inside that looked like they came out of an Oldsmobile. I wanted to ask the guy driving it, "what did that Buick ever do to you?!?" David
