It has ben sitting for awhile, but it did work fine for me. It does need thread repairs in the carb mounting holes and needs a good cleaning. Looks like you could use the inner set of holes Pete if you had a dual bolt pattern carb base,like the edelbrock.Not sure if the newer holleys have that.
