OEM in box GM Under dash floor mount cassette deck complete

    Ok so a friend contacted me with this OEM GM under dash floor mount cassette deck complete with wiring harness and install instructions for an Oldsmobile 88& 98 series and wanted a value. I don't know if it will work for Buick or not. I did some checking and couldn't find any of like kind.
    Has anyone seen or know of such an item?

    This one looks like it was used for a bit as the tape release button is worn!

    Also tape on top of the ebay unit states won't play. Is that really the kinda money?

    This looks like an older drawing. For 88 & 98 series, not A-Body.

    Considering cassettes didn’t gain traction till late 70’s

    Invented in 1963. What I saw was the unit listed above was for '71-2 cars but I can't verify that. Automobile manuf. typically seem slow to adopt new audio.
